we need to un-bolster out schedule. Nothing like 0-4 to suck all the excitement out of the year before mid October.

There's always a balance to be struck, but if you're in the Big East you have to play somebody out of conference for credibility.

We can beat tech and Baylor at home, if we actually have an offensive plan.

Being proactive ucf, congrats. Too bad we didn't schedule a game against vtech or f state.

Why are SMU fans even bothering with the BCS charade if you are scared to play mid-level BCS schools at home?

I am with you. We need to play and beat all comers. Time to get back into big time college football. If not why bother. We will have to play em sometime to be taken seriously.

Big time college football, old rivalries, sold out stadiums, big visiting team crowds and two marching bands-what's not love. If not after our 4th straight bowl-when?

Ahh the good old days. Wish we could go back in time and fix college football. Those qualities only apply to a select few in modern college ball.

Not when you have a coach who "pencils in" games as losses before the season starts. Guessing JJ planning on 6-2 in conference play to become bowl eligible........

Posters want to avoid regional BCS conference teams and get an invite to BCS conference? Disconnect? We have to be play the old fashion way, we have to earn it.
