Houston shaking up their coaching staff

Tony Levine is getting rid of his non-performing coaches and replacing them:

Houston: The Tennessean reports that MTSU offensive line coach Glen Elarbee has accepted the same position at Houston. Tony Levine is rebuilding his staff for the second time (in 13 months). Houston defensive ends coach Carlton Hall's release has now been made official as well.

18+ starters returning, 11 of those being our entire offense, the #1 non-AQ recruiting class, new 40-45k seat stadium on the way. We're gonna be back with a vengeance.

Then why didn't he replace himself?
