Why No All-Star Game for DJ?

I know DJ didn't reach 1,000 yards again this year or have a really stand-out bowl game, but considering he was out for a couple games injured almost got 800 yards and has produced throughout his career at SMU I would have thought he would have got an invite to at least to one of the lesser All-Star games.

He did NOT play up to his potential this year and wasn't deserving of a post season All Star game. I hope he catches on with someone, but he was never the same player as the 2011-12 season after getting battered about in the first game against Baylor...IMHO.

True that. He is a player who could have really used the post season game to build off of a solid second half of the season once he shook the cobwebs free.

All star games are for all stars... And all stars don't drop passes so DJ wasn't in an all star game. None of our offense players beside a few exceptions should have even a whisper of an invite to all star. This isn't hate just common criticism against mediocrity.

I'm more disappointed that Torlan Pittman didn't get one. His position isn't one that gets a lot of headlines, but he had a terrific season.

Yeah, I thought Pitt would get one. He'll be in camp with someone though. Want to see how he does on Pro Day.
