Maybe he can help us recruit some better talent for the Pom pom squad and Cheerleader squad.

I'm too sexy for my jersey, too sexy for my jersey,
I'm a model, you know what I mean
and I do my little turn on the catwalk,
on the catwalk, yeah,
I shake my shoulderpads on the catwalk

So nowadays instead of beating out schools like UNT, SHSU, and SFA for recruits we're now getting into recruiting battles with Calvin Klein, Armani, and Ralph Lauren!

Is this kinda like recruiting a 5 star? Top 25 and all.

Everything I have read says he's a good player.
Beyond that, who cares?

because other teams will surely make fun of it, we should do it ourselves first. Like a little brother - we can make fun of him, but no one else can.

Having lived with stunning good looks my entire life I feel I should come to this young man's defense.
June and Mason wouldn't take an interest if he didn't play hard and have potential.

I was very young when Ron M was coaching the Ponies. But, I seem to remember someone posting that he liked to recruit what he called "Face Jocks." True/False

I'm betting that because of his 'looks', he will be trying very hard to prove that he can play at this level. He needs to put the effort and commitment to excellence, but I suspect he will want and need to excel.

It is all a marketing ploy by the Athletic Department to get more female students to attend games.
And, if they stay until the end of the game, they can hang with Myles on the field.

I don't remember Coach Meyer wanting good looking players. But he did want good young well presented assistants to help with recruiting. Steve Endicott was a great recruiter for SMU back then and he was tall, athlete, handsome with a great smile and dynamic personality. And a great recruiter. He comes around about once a year to the Vard.
