50. SMU at Texas A&M, Sept. 21
SMU has the big boy Big East pants on now, but will the offense be ready to keep up the pace? Last year A&M destroyed its former Southwest Conference rival 48-3 in what has turned into an ugly run. Outside of a tie in 1994, for the most part, the Aggies have won laugher after laugher since losing 28-20 in 1984. However, it’s sandwich time for A&M with Alabama up the previous week and Arkansas to follow

If the offense had been able to move the ball at all, I am convinced that the game would have been much closer. Because we could not keep the ball, the defense was exposed to Manziel's genius too much and eventually cracked.

Everybody conveniently forgets it was 0-0 well into the second quarter.
We can hang with them. We just need to make a couple of plays early this time.
Plus, A&M had that "flash in the pan" feel last season. Don't get me wrong - they are very good - but they aren't a legit Top 5 team or anything.

Where's SMU vs. TCU? Will they be ranked preseason?

Yeah I bet TCU is ranked preseason. I think I saw some early polls that had them around #21.
