Haven't heard much about him in the Spring reports. How's he looking? Still at RB?

He is a clone of his brother.
You not hearing much is a reflection of how deep we are at rb, not an indictment of his skill level.

Prescott Line remains at running back, and reportedly is in contention for the starting job at a position that does have a lot of depth. Zach Line has been so productive for so long that many have forgotten that others can play the position. Depending on the day, Prescott Line, Traylon Shead, RIshaad Wimbley and K.C. Nlemchi all have gotten snaps in practice with the first team (and maybe more that I haven't seen), but based on drills, it looks like the Ponies are seven- or eight-deep at the position, and they're all getting snaps. There's no way to identify a leader at this point.

Sounds like we need to move people to defense since Jones typically plays one back. Would love to see Shead and Line together sharing carries.

I could see Wimbley becoming a specialist who is used in goal line/short yardage situations.

If coach Mumme has any influence we will defiantly see some 2-back .. and some nice options off the 2-back. I would like to see some Shead and KC myself … those are two strong, quick, and powerful backs that can take it to the house or run you over. I hope KC figures out whatever it is that has kept him off the field … Shead is going to do some special things the next two years baring injury. It will also be interesting to see what Sims can do, if you ever saw him run in HS … the kid can scoot and is elusive. By the way, his cousin Hershel is now at ACU … has to sit out a year.

I'm pretty sure you can figure out that Zach Line is whatever that kept KC off the field on offense. He was a contributor on most special teams.

Why would it be so defiant?

According to the participation chart, KC saw action in 3 games. UTEP, Houston, and Memphis. He has not really contributed much yet, even on special teams.
