Let's hope Garrett Gilbert rally steps it up this season and gets drafted.

These are the only seniors I could come up with that will be starters or see significant time. Someone please help me out.
Kenneth Acker - Possible late round
Garrett Gilbert - Possible FA signing
Ben Gotschalk - Possible late round
Keenan Holman - Longshot for a camp
Jeremy Johnson - Longshot for a camp
Randall Joyner - Longshot for a camp
Kevin Pope - Longshot for a camp
Jay Scott - Possible FA signing (has the size)
I know I am forgetting players, and these are just my early opinions. A lot can change over the course of a year. It looks like we will have a fairly young team.

Looks like Garrett is the main man for that honor of getting drafted in 2014. He is the main man in almost everything the team will accomplish this year. Let's hope he realizes his 5* potential and leads us to a sterling season.

GG made huge strides from the beginning of last season to the end. Hopefully he continues to progress with the added year behind him!

I think Joyner has a solid chance to be a free agent signing.

Would guess whatever happens during the season could cause a big shift either way. Step up in competition w/ a difficult OOC. So, if Garrett, Ack, Johnson, or even Snead blows up, it would probably put them on the draft board. If no one does anything, well, figure it out.

A real longshot and wishful thinking
Our first undergrad draftee
Traylon Shead . If he has a beast year and the RB posiiton is thin in the 2014 draft, who knows?

Well if he goes after one year, I hope he ends up better off than Shawnbrey

I think Shawnbrey had no choice but to leave. I am not positive, but I believe he had no chance of being academically eligible his senior year.

Did Gottshalk play well enough last year to the point where we're considering him as a late-rounder/potential UDFA for 2014?

Those are the three I was going to go with as well, with GG being the biggest question mark. Acker would probably be the highest rated right now, but Gotts could move ahead with a strong season.
I also agree with the Joyner as a UFA thought someone else posted.

it was a grades issue, not a choice just to leave early. i don't think shead will have the same issues, just a gut feeling.
