Well, at least our new (old) conference mates paper like us more than the rest of the countries news outlets...

I've already emailed the author. He had our record wrong at 5-7. And of course I argued for a higher ranking

His reponse:
I’ve fixed the issue online, and the updated records for both Jones and SMU last season should be in there.
Thanks for the feedback. Our national college writer actually compiles the rankings, and different writers do each team preview based on conference affiliation.

It was 7-6 so it's still wrong at 7-5 right?

And it also says "The losses at Tulsa and Rice", we lost to Tulane (and I won't let anyone forget it).

And, according to the article, we lost not one, but two Ja'gared Davises. No wonder our ranking dropped.
