Please hold a large block of tickets for the Tech game on the side and not available for sale on Monday. Between now and gameday find a creative way to get those in the hands of Mustang fans only.

I don't think the new marketing department has been hired yet, but I heard there's some plan in place to make tickets available to SMU fans and alums first.

Season ticket holders could buy 4 additional tickets this week. Monday on sale to the public and tech fans!

Sell them as fast as you can to whoever pays cash. The only way some SMU fans are going to get the message is to be left in the cold. Buy season tickets if you want to support the program. Build demand. We tried coddling the SMU fan last year with a truly amazing season ticket offer. Nobody showed up in red and Blue against A&M-seriously I'm thinking it was less than our usual 18,000 because there plenty of Aggies in SMU season ticket areas. SMU should not take money off the table just because SMU fans are too lazy to get off their [deleted] and buy tickets.

I agree. People have had all the time in the world to buy season tickets or if they are season ticket holders to buy up to 4 additional tickets. If they have not bought tickets yet they deserve no special treatment. The only creative way to get tickets into their hands would be to hunt them down and staple the tickets to their palms, they obviously are not interested in buying tickets.

Those tickets will find their way into the hands of Tech fans willing to pay several times face value.
