With the Power Conference looking to play each other, the remaining conferences are considering their Bowl Options. The American may have a spot in Miami at Marlins Park, as well as the possibility of playing in the LA Coliseum against MWC.
"As many as nine locations are under consideration to begin bowl games in 2014, according to sources: Miami, Orlando, Little Rock, Ark.; Boca Raton, Fla.; Montgomery, Ala.; Los Angeles; Ireland; Dubai and either Toronto or Nassau, the Bahamas"

Little Rock Ark???? What is the proposed name? The Rutabaga Bowl? Hilbilly Bowl (named after our Airport)? Doublewide Bowl?

I don't suppose I could swing the cost of getting to Dubai or Ireland, and Toronto around bowl season is incredibly cold (or would that be in the Blue Jays' domed stadium?)
But I'm all in for any of those other games!

Think Vancouver, BC would be a great location for a bowl game. . . Dome stadium, and a great city

Don't care about the weather. I would go back to Dublin anytime.

The Polyester Bowl. Duh. There's even precedent for it.

Although Dubai is pretty liberal for a Gulf Nation, I doubt that they would allow a team with "Methodist" in their name to play in their country.

Dublin might be fun to visit but December will be colder and probably wet, despite being played in a nice, but outdoor stadium, Aviva, where I have watched a Rugby match.
Also, for Dublin and Dubai, their time zone difference will be 7 and 10 hours ahead of Central Time, respectively. TV watching a game in Dubai will be problematic, despite the Emirate can certainly pay the tab. I have worked in the UAE and December weather will be quite nice.
