If you were only able to attend 1 home game - which one ?

Living so far from Dallas, and with a 4 month-old daughter to boot, I will likely only be able to attend one home game this year. The question is - which one should I pick??

Tech is out since we will be with family that weekend. I'm thinking Rutgers, and I will be bringing some friends from NC with me so that they can get a taste of real football. Gonna make SMU fans out of them! Plus they want to see the girls at SMU that they've heard so much about.

Any ideas?? Anyone that has free tickets or such please feel free to respnd! :D Thanks.

Sept. 7, 2013 Montana St.

Oct. 5, 2013 Rutgers

Oct. 26, 2013 Temple

Nov. 16, 2013 Connecticut

Dec. 7, 2013 UCF

Thanks CenTX. Instead of the miracle on mockingbird, we can call it the massacre on mockingbird when we beat them by 50!

Just 3 of us coming down as of now. Maybe 4 tops.

Immediately cross Montana State off your list.
Rutgers is the best team. Pretty sure this will be great weather.
Temple is the likeliest win, probably the best weather, and best crowd since it is homecoming.
UCONN is the most intriguing game based on the Miracle at Mockingbird and we should be evenly matched.
UCF is the wildcard. We could be playing for a conference championship, bowl eligibility, or it could be completely meaningless at this point.
You can't go wrong with Rutgers, Temple, or UCONN.

Let me know your game plan and ill save you four tickets. I usually try to bring 8-10 people to the games so I don't mind setting some aside for a fellow pony. Hope you can make it down. I'll send you a PM.

I didn't really realize how bad it was until NC listed out the options...

Homecoming vs Temple if you want to see a win, decent crowd and maybe you'll run into people you know since it's homecoming weekend.
But yes, the home slate is cringeworthy this year.

Rutgers. I watched them play the beloved Razorbacks last year in Fayetteville and this is a talented and well coached team. Depending on daughter demands, I will have two decent tickets available.

Unfortunately, since it is daughters, I will not know about those tickets until mid september.

haha, thanks. I have a 4 month old daughter (our first) and I've been told to enjoy the next 10-12 years, because after that, it gets rough!

Mine just turned 14. My princess. And every day I find myself googling how to communicate with your 14 year old
