Confirmed by @El_Guapo32 the older brother of Emmanuel Mudiay, Mudiay will announce tomorrow night during the Elite 24.

I think it is good that he is announcing before his Kentucky visit to their midnight madness. Here's an interesting tweet...

Put it this way: Mudiay was supposed to go to UK in Oct. Has been to SMU @ least 5 times. UK recently offered another Ulis. Adding things up.
Calipari offered Ulis a scholly (guard)...I don't think he would do this if he was confident in getting Mudiay. Also, this could have turned Mudiay off, hence announcing earlier than expected and before his visit to UK in October.
He's never even visited Kentucky...
