The Highest Ever?

Assuming Mad Man Mudiay signs, at #1 in position and 1st or 3rd overall is he the highest rated recruit ever in any sport? Was Dickerson considered nationally the #1 prospect at RB?

Steve Lundquist from the swim team was the #1 swimmer in the country of high school I believe. That was over 30 years ago.

Dickerson was the national number one (at least according to pony excess which I watched again a couple weeks ago)
