Ford Stadium East Side Entrances?

Yesterday someone told me that because of on-going dorm construction on the east side of Ford stadium it currently looks like many of the visitor side stadium entrances will be blocked off and unable to be used. Can anyone verify if this is true? With a huge crowd expected for the Tech game that could be a bottleneck nightmare if fans are not allowed to use most of the east side stadium entrances.
