Mods nuked it for some reason. Trolls get to derail threads with impunity but good threads get nuked.

I never even opened the thread. Not interested

SID or one of the coaches probably told them to delete it.

Not true - nobody said anything, and nobody in the athletic department has any say over what is posted here and what is not posted here. The thread in question devolved into name-calling and personal insults, some directed at Coach Jones and some between posters going after each other.

If you see a thread that has been "derailed with impunity," by all means, send me or one of the other moderators a PM and we will address it. Thank you.

Nuking a thread is not addressing it. If you insist on censoring this board, is it so hard to open up the thread and apply your thought police standards on individual posts?
