Dez Bryant and others must be shaking their heads. If he did some why only a half of a game and if he did not do anything why suspend him at all.

they didn't have any evidence but they felt like they had to do something after the titanic struggle espn put us through. good job espn.

I guess since players like Dez Bryant did not have the money to lawyer up they get punished. Come to find out Dez did not do anything and they came down heavy on him.

Let's start paying players for their autographs. We will buy a Heisman Trophy winner. Then, when the NCAA finds out, we will reach an agreement to have them sit out a half against the weakest team on our schedule in exchange for the NCAA not pursuing the case further.
If Aggy can do it, so can we!

i don't know much about the dez story but i guess they had at least a little evidence. you can't give the ncaa anything. you cannot cooperate with them. i think we learned that lesson years ago. they will come down hard if you let them.

The NCAA had no evidence of wrongdoing. What Dez did was not against the rules. They suspended him for the season because he said the incident didnt happen.

30 minutes? Why bother? Did he break a rule or not? If not, drop the issue. If so, he loses a year of eligibility. Whether a student needs to be paid or not, is immaterial, since it is currently against the rules (until the rule is changed or eliminated).
