Good news in the 2013 version, we are right in the middle of Grid, as opposed to previous years when we were both weak and embarrassing. Obviously, Penn State has had its problems, but so have ND, Oregon, Alabama, Ohio State, etc.

They just averaged the projected finish by Athlon, Lindy's, Orlando Sentinel and Phil Steele.

They need to work on their shame component. tcu had players dealing drugs and only a suspicious few fail drug tests. That's a far cry from admirable.

I thought it was a 4-year average? Does the 4-year average only apply to academic progress?

I am looking at the hard copy and it is average of the projected 2013 finish by those publications.

Yes, APR is the 4 year average.
