Vegas line is TCU favored by 3, should be an interesting game on many levels for SMU fans, specifically the play of the 2 QBs.

TCU wins, but I think Tech keeps it close and have a feeling their offense will move the ball even against TCU's D.

the game is in Lubbock not Ft Worth and few teams get out of Lubbock alive. I think TCU has the better team but I think Tech comes up with the big victory

It's in Lubbock ... thanks for setting me straight. I'm not anti TT ... and keeping my prejudice out of the equation ... I still think TCU wins even as tough as Lubbock is.

I think TCU is overrated and will have another mediocre season in conference. And I think their long term dreams of a national championship will continue to fade. They simply do not have the same level of recruits as the big boys in the Big 12. They'll be a Baylor.

I could never be a Tech fan, I just hope both teams lose badly

Arguably both TCU and Baylor have more talent than the big boys left in-state, Texas and Tech, and way more talented than programs like Kansas and K-State. Both the Okie's may have them right now, but I am not sure by much.

OU definitely has more talent than TCU. Tech maybe. But surely Texas has not fallen off so far that they're not WAY more stocked than TCU. Just last year, a down year for Texas, they were ranked what ten spots ahead of TCU by Rivals? TCU will continue to encounter in the Big 12 the college football Peter Principle. And Patterson's going to look less and less the genius as the days go by. If I were him, I'd slip out now.

But Fatterson is 10 times the coach Mac Brown. Brown has his pick of the best in Texas and continues to have trouble with OU, TAM and OSU. I have never seen a coach with the ability to coach down players more than Mac Brown.
Oh yeah, he did lose to BYU.
