He came to a homecoming game a couple of years ago. I came out of the bathroom, and he was with a group of only about three people. I went up to him and thanked him for all he had done for SMU. I also thanked him for his voice over for the video Thaddeus produced and ponyfans financed, "Your City Your Team".

He thanked me and shook my hand. He could not have been nicer and any more humble. I always respected him, but that really made an impression on me.

He is a great ambassador for SMU.

Smusic 00 - I remember that picture well. That was a fun day and night.

If one sees ED today, don't be afraid to introduce yourself. He is very approachable and very generous with his time. He will pose for pics and sign things as well. And incredibly, one of his best friends now was one of my best friends in High School. So he has good taste in people as well.

Hope I get to meet him. Dickerson is one of the greatest to ever play the game at any level.
