I love this kid. It's gonna suck losing him after this season.

He's definitely improved a lot during this season.
I'm thankful we have burcham coming up behind him

538 yards passing and 4 passing TDs.
97 yards rushing and 2 rushing TDs.
No Interceptions.
Do QB stats get any better than that?

he is awesome. huge bright spot for this team. If he had a pro set for 3rd and 1, we would have scored on every possession and this game would not have been close.

Very happy to see him finally have this kind of year. Imagine if he was in this system for 3 years, what kind of numbers he'd put up. Best QB post-DP. Hopefully we'll see him on Sundays next year and beyond.

Completely apples to oranges as far as style of play, but this year I am seeing
the best QB play on the Hilltop since Ramon Flanigan in 1997.

Gilbert is having fun out there this year and good for him. Even though we went to a bowl last year and won't this year, it is obviously no fault of his. Mumme has been good for him, and the difference between last year and this year is evidence of how difficult it is for a QB to master Jones offense. Garrett throws a nice ball and this year he is actually throwing it to our guys not theirs. I hope someone in the NFL will take a chance on him.

June should have turned the keys over to his Prestonwood home over to Garrett, instead of selling it. . . Garrett saved June's bacon in the Temple game

3 straight if you count the second half of the Rutgers games when he was forced to throw the ball downfield

He's been very good. I would like to note that I predicted an all conference year for him this year. Thank me. Thank me.
