This should be interesting....
@coachingsearch 11m
I'm told cops were at the FAU facility this morning. Not a good sign.

Brett McMurphy ‏@McMurphyESPN 22s Source told @ESPN Carl Pelini & DC Pete Rekstis resign at FAU. They attended recent social event where pot was used & agreed to resign
They could coach at Colorado or Colorado St in 2014. . . Where it will be legal to possess

I wonder if any players were at the weed party with him. That would be very bad.

If there was weed and a Pelini there was probably a Panini.

It's still illegal in most places and even then I think your employer could mandate you not test positive for it depending on what you work on.

Be interesting to see how employers in Colorado address this next year. Fire somebody for something legal. . .Alcohol takes about 8-12 hrs to clear out of an employee's system. . . Weed just a "wee" bit longer than 8-12 hrs

There has to be more to this. Just being at a party where someone else was smoking weed is a dumb way to lose your job.

I've never been into the weed-at all- but the country is quickly coming to the conclusion that the consequences from weed are less significant than the consequences of criminalizing the conduct of a large percentage of the country. Do we really want to spend money on the criminal justice system and more prisons-do we really want convictions harming the records and job prospects of our kids when some of the most successful people in the world probably did it in college? I want to tax the hell out it. I see decriminalization sweeping the country in the next decade
