I don't pay much attention to SMU anymore.

OOC schedule was locked in before we moved conferences. We play a reg. season conference game championship week this year, which adds a bye week. Our traditional bye week is TX - OU.
Still doesn't explain our third bye week. Maybe oddities with TX Tech's schedule caused us to play a game that first week? Most teams have two bye weeks but I thought we've only had one over the past few years.

Like NY said, one additional bye week is because we play our last regular season game the week other conferences are playing their championship. The only thing I could think for the 3rd weekend is because of how early Labor Day (the 2nd) and late Thanksgiving (the 28th) both fell this year allowed for an extra weekend within the usual schedule.

The guy openly roots for us to lose. I don't care if you hate JJ, don't you pull against your team to lose especially when your handle is "Mr Pony". Mr Pony is the bitter one as far as I can tell.

I'll say I personally never want SMU to lose but when we do and typically in an embarrassing fasion... I just hope its one step closer to firing JJ..

I hope Mr. Pony is disappointed for the rest of the year. And, I hope he is disappointed during the bowl season. Go Mustangs.
