but I can neve4r get that page to load at work-something about sleepers
Funny list. From long experience as an SMU fan I would feel more confident in the possibility of us going to a BCS bowl if there was one scheduled for January 4th which would conflict with the Moody opening forcing fans to decide between the two and leading to poor attendance at both. That just seems like an SMU type of thing to have happen.Stallion wrote:actually Fox Sports South-but it came up from MSN main page

However, the closest BCS bowl to Jan 4th is the Orange Bowl on Jan 3rd. That would allow people to fly back to Dallas early on the morning of Jan 4th to make the Moody opening, thus I do not think we will make a BCS bowl.
I need to track down a long range forecast for the morning of Jan 4th in Dallas. If the forecast is for an ice storm that would shut down DFW I might have to increase my probability of SMU making a BCS bowl.smusic 00 wrote:Expert analysis!!Grant Carter wrote:Funny list. What if a suspicious package is found at Liberry and the game is postponed, allowing fans burdened by the ice storm ample time to get back for the opening of Moody?Grant Carter wrote:I need to track down a long range forecast for the morning of Jan 4th in Dallas. At the moment, we can still become eligible to go to Fiesta, Sugar or Orange.Harry0569 wrote:If by the grace of God, we made it to the Orange Bowl, i will get tickets for everyone.
