SMU-Houston Set For 11am Kick/ESPN2 on Nov. 29.

UGGHH college kids and recent grads like me usually don't wake up til 12-1pm... This time slot sucks. I get that we have to bow to ESPN but dang..

YUK, way too many 11am games this yr. AAC is just the early game filler league.

Was thinking about driving in for the game from Lake LBJ. Was hoping for the 2 pm kickoff

Yikes, this will probably cut an already meager traveling party in half.

Me, too. This would have us getting up & out between 6 & 7am to make the drive down. Was hoping to pilfer some beers at some UH buddies' tailgate before the game.

Forget about the time, some of us work on Fridays.

True, but a sizable part of the white collar crowd typically get the Friday after Thanksgiving off. Personally, if I'm traveling to an away game at Thanksgiving, I'd rather have it on Friday vs. Saturday so that I can get back home for the rest of the weekend.

ACC and 90% of the Big 10 yes. But I understand what CA Mustang is saying and he is correct

The 11 am kick just means that I can make it down to Corpus Christi for the basketball game at 6:30
