No reason to honor another school's coach. Even though he used to be the HC here.

I did not know he was ever HC at Houston.

Phil set this program back further than what he inherited from Cavan. He is an average D Coordinator and was an awful head coach. While I don't wish him harm, I am not about to congratulate him for Briles success with the Baylor Baptists.
