I think VOC has progressed greatly since the first time I saw him. He looks like the real deal. He accepts blame on the court and want to learn more every time down the court. This guy looks to be a real vocal leader and always wants to listen to the coaches. Watch him when he sits on the bench. He is always talking to Coach Tubbs. After Damon dominates next year, VOC will be ready to take over. I have tremendous faith in him.

Voc can shoot the Rock, baby! He's the real deal. Cool under pressure, and he has the ability to dominate once he gets a little more experience. Better defender than he was projected, too.
