Billy Embody ‏@BillyEmbody 47s BREAKING: 2016 Kenmore West (N.Y.) G Aaron Tucker (@d1_aaron2) tells me he's committed to #SMU. First SMU commit for 2016. #PonyUp
Not a lot of major offers but I like that we went up north to get some talent.

Hes a 6'4 junior who is expected to grow to 6'7 or so...he wil be a Point Forward and not a Power Forward is what is projected.

BREAKING: Source close to #SMU program says SMU has never heard of Kenmore West G Aaron Tucker (@D1_Aaron2) & doesn't have an offer. Cont. Source continued to say Tucker has not visited and is not on the board for program. Said commitment is completely false. Tucker claimed to have consistent contact with coaches, an offer and visit planned when he told Pony Stampede he committed to #SMU. via @SMUscout

Wow this stuff is wild. Apparently SMU has never heard of Tucker before.

What a weird twist. When was the last time a recruit lied (assuming it was actually him) to say he committed to SMU?

That is really hard to say, because kids could have been lying to the services in the past but the services sniffed them out.

Pony Express era had boosters making offers of which the FB coaches were not aware.

Very strange. I didn't find it odd that a Rivals wasn't showing that we had offered.

What is the committee's policy on this type of situation?
