best rivalry in the AAC in my opinion. Always a tight game...with the exception of the beatdown in '14

Great stuff there.
My comments:
1) Gary Clark is their MVP
2) glad to see SMU's "luck ranking" so high.... I figured us as dead last!
And, by the way, I heard Mateo got run over by a cement truck this morning.

Me too. Im feeling good about today. Thanks for sharing. That Nick Russell dunk is still one of my loudest experiences in Moody. Such a great game.

Being in the mob that game I couldn't believe it got that loud when Russell had that dunk. They passed out ear plugs the rest of the season after that game. Amazing

While trolling the
http://www.bearcattalk.com/showthread.p ... 78&page=32 found this gem,
"Not sure how miles Simon commentated that game with SMU's balls in his mouth for 40 minutes. Impressive" by TheRealUC.
I'm still chuckling.

And this by UCBearcats, "Got to find a way to get the ball inside when the 3's aren't falling. We failed to do that in the second half and couldn't figure out SMU's superb defense.
Troy and Jacob need to drive more, would have like to see more Cumberland taking the ball to the rim as well.
SMU played well, give them credit but we got out strategized badly in that second half. Refs did all they could to help us down the stretch too.
We've won all the games we should win, got to win the big games too. This team is good but I worry about March if 3's aren't falling. We're living way too much behind the arc right now."

Wow that is impressive.
I hate complaining about officiating since it tends to even out and it always sounds whiny, but it sure did seem a bit tilted today at the very least. Nice to know they saw the same thing.
And yes, Jank totally outcoached Cronin today!!!
