Seems good to me either way. One side is we lose a great player, but on the other side we have a player drafted to the NBA. Either way whatever is best for him in the end. I'll be happy either way and appreciative of what he did for us this year.

I'm happy if he gets drafted that high. Some of y'all are crazy to think he should come back to be a potential lottery pick, stating he can do what Buddy Hield accomplished--I will rather take my chances with guaranteed money now than having to become player of the year and make a final four to become a lottery pick.
Semi will graduate, and is a smart individual. I believe he will be advised properly and make the best decision for his future.
If he is projected as a second round player, it will likely be best to come back unless he is done with school and is ready to go pro.

There aren't enough true International players on that list to be realistic are there? Seems like very low number compared to other years-and some are actually Americans like the Prime Prep kid
And that list has Tacko Fall at No. 25-really? He simply isn't close to ready to play in the NBA. I'm thinking this is an NCAA/American-centric list which maybe leaving out a lot of other players

Tacko Fall going 25th? Not sure i trust this one
Re: Whelp, great bad news
Why would Semi return? He's already 22 and he has said on the record that he doesn't like going to class.
I miss Troy Matthews.

Time to ignore Ponyfans for a couple of months.

Re: Whelp, great bad news
Pretty likely Semi will declare for the draft without and agent and test the waters. The CBS one has Frank Mason going in the first round and Tacko at 25.. I wouldn't trust that guys Mock Draft. DraftExpress is usually pretty good. Semi is a fringe First rounder. He is gonna hear all his option and make the decision best for him. We should be happy either way, especially since its Semi and we should know he will make a very informed decision that likely truly is best for him. I think deucetz said it best.

I'm in the either way crowd: a) he will make our team next year really really good b) looks like the last time we had a player drafted and coincidentally first round was Jeryl Sasser in 2001, so that would be awesome for all parties!

Semi had a fantastic year. He's already 22. Only way his stock goes up if he returns is if we make a deep run to the Sweet 16/Elite 8.
I miss Troy Matthews.
