The only thing I could think of is that they are holding up 3 fingers for 3rd down. That's the only time I saw it on the TV coverage.

Can we just not win graciously? I had my wife and daughter with me, cheering our hearts out for SMU, we were surrounded by Froggies before, during, and after the game, and I saw nothing but class from them.

I agree. Our fans need to learn to win with dignity. I'm sure there are some trashy TCU fans, just like I have no doubt there are some trashy SMU fans. By and large, most SMU fans and most TCU fans are great people!

TCU fans near us were awesome. Guy right behind us - chatted with our group the whole game. He left to go to concession stand in 2nd qtr and brought a beer back for us. Every one of them was respectful and courteous.

ECM details... other than superiority complex, they're generally nice. I have to think whatever they did is offset by us trashing their field with confetti.

The worst I heard out of the Toad fans were a few backhanded compliments as I was walking through the parking lot. Most seemed to be in a state of shock. BTW nobody has trashier fans than Tech, I mean nobody

From the last couple of years, sitting on the east side of Ford, the UCF and Temple fans gave them a run for their money. I will at least give some leeway to the Temple "fans' as many of them were actually down for the Philly-Cowboys game the next day. The upside was their beer purchases may have funded one year's scholarship...

This is not a CM comment, but Ark gives Tech a run for their money.

I am from Arkansas and grew up a Razorback fan prior to my SMU days. I cannot imagine any worse fans than I have witnessed at Arkansas. And that includes TT.

Lived there for a while. Up at dawn, drunk by noon, and rowdy at night game time. But I never saw them throw whisky bottles at the officials while walking off the field at halftime due to a questionable call on a play while Arkansas had a 35-0 lead over our ponies.
