SMU was on against the MLB (Dodgers and The Braves) playoffs and the NFL’s Thursday Night FootballΓǪ heck, Alabama would of had crappy tv ratings against those monsters!

Very useful. I think when comparing the Thursday games to ours, it seems we did average given our school and fan size. Sadly just not picking up enough people.interested in us.

Two weeks ago, Thurs was HOu-Tul and had 100K more viewers. But also no MLB competition. It isn't anywhere near where we want to be.

Reminder this doesn’t capture streaming services data such as YouTube TV or Hulu or directly from the ESPN app. Ratings are dumb ways to measure.

Just trying to find some empirical evidence other than anecdotes. I use DTV stream so not sure if it's counted or not but it's more of a comparative as most people are going to have similar distribution of cable and streamers.
