Two PG offers? Doesn't sound encouraging to those of us hoping K.D. & Phelps will return. I would hope those guys are contingency plans. I want to see big men being pursued

Maybe Lanier wants to play two or three point guards at the same time - that would be really difficult to defend since the other team wouldn't know who was bringing up the ball.
But I agree it would make more sense to get some big guys for inside the paint.

Interest != Offered. But if he is actually going to play full court, we need guard depth.

From his press conference today, it sounds like he would like a fast paced offense with a deep bench so having more that one or two point guards would be good.

ΓÇ£ Emory has dreamed of playing for the Davidson Wildcats since eighth grade. His favorite player, future NBA Hall of Fame point guard Stephen Curry, lit up scoreboards for three years at the school. Nearly a decade later, Emory is looking forward to a great career of his own and what lies ahead for him.ΓÇ¥

his minutes, FG percentage and 3 point percentage all dropped off from his FR season but like Nutall, if he could return to what he was the previous year, would add nice depth at guard with 2-3 more years of eligibility. Coach Lanier did say he wasn't looking for "one and done" transfers. Lanier looks to be after guys who can play the point or the 2 guard position

Google Richard, Ali and Hayes - all 3 look somewhat appealing. Would love to see us add a couple of bigs who can score and protect the rim (as would every team in the country, I know)
Papa Dia 2.0 would be awfully nice

Would hate to see Bandoumel end his college career on the game he played against Washington State but if he leaves, maybe Keeshawn can represent Canada at SMU and be another guy on the roster who can light it up from three. Would be nice to have a roster full of perimeter players willing to play aggressively on both ends of the court and share minutes with their teammates. I like the idea of a roster that goes 10 deep or more contributing every night

I agree - having a solid 10 or more also gives us the opportunity to improve the defense immensely with good and competitive five-on-five practices.
