Who wore the number the best

Here is a list of greatest college football players to wear a certain number. One Mustang made this list of 1-25. Surprisingly one didn't.

I remember Leroy Keyes very well. Fantastic player both ways. I was reminded of him watching Travis Hunter last season. But for Jerry not even getting honorable mention kind of nullifies this list
