Exactly. If he does not pitch the call, at least one third of their offense has been stopped with no effort. Rain will definitely hurt pass, not as much as wind, but straight ahead running should be the most advantageous. Navy does a lot of east-west early, we do north south.

Whatever happened to going out and playing football and not worrying about the weather?

SMU sent out an email and included these football-related notes: FRIDAY NIGHT/ OVERNIGHT: Persistent rain, some heavy; flash flooding possible.
SATURDAY: The rain/lightning will continue for Saturday morning:
· All Boulevard participants should anticipate having to go to a shelter location –decide on your locations now.
· If there are lightning delays for the football game, they are more likely to be early in the game; the lightning may diminish somewhat going into the afternoon, although scatter storms could continue.

If it's not cold, and it won't be tomorrow, then watching football in the rain is a blast. Go to the game prepared to get soaked and have fun. See you there.

TCU game was fun in the rain up until the fumble by Hicks for a TD. I'll be there tomorrow ready for some more we weather football and the first W of the season.

I completely agree with you. Unfortunately, most of our fans are very weak.
