One site that came across my twitter feed listed the top receivers for next season and had Reggie at #13. Be nice to have his speed back out there.

Really wish this kid all the luck in the world. Had my 8yr with me yesterday walking around campus. We saw Reggie and some other players working out at the indoor and they all welcomed Liam in to run routes with them. Dykes has done a great job with this team and shaping these young men.

Dykes is the man who will lead this team to the next level.

Reggie and Danny Gray are going to give opposing defensive coordinators fits next year. Both have elite speed and can stretch the defense and open up everything underneath. Should be fun to watch.

That, and James should open up the passing lanes as well - he can catch the ball.

Can McDaniel catch?

More important, will he muscle up and be the guy who can carry the load next year? Going to be tough replacing Xavier and Kemon as a 1-2 punch.

At the NSD event in Houston, I asked Dykes who would carry the ball in short yardage situations this season. He started by saying McDaniel can handle some of those situations as he knows how to squeeze out extra yardage after contact and finished by stating that Lavine would get some carries in those situations as well. https://smumustangs.com/sports/football ... vine/11550
