Re: Got a spot for another RB this cycle? (2015 Mr. Football

The 40 might be exaggerated a bit, but the kid is a hell of a player. Put up huge numbers his whole career against some of the best competition in SC (not Texas HSFB mind you, but still solid)

How much is a bit?
Eh, I couldn't tell you but from having seen him in person once, and watching his ...

Re: Got a spot for another RB this cycle? (2015 Mr. Football

Ht:5'8"
Wt:186 lbs
40:4.36 secs
Shuttle:4.2

We already have two RBs in the class of similar size, but that speed is hard to ignore. Would be great to prosper again from Petrino's greed, but at a risk of burning some bridges.

Got a spot for another RB this cycle? (2015 Mr. Football SC)

Apparently the snake at Louisville just asked Matt Colburn, Mr. Football in South Carolina this year, to greyshirt for this cycle. Similar to what happened with Chason Virgil and Miss. St. 2 days before Signing Day. What a joke.

I wonder if Coach Morris gives him a call...

Re: ATH Jae'lon Oglesby

he's probably not eligible at either Clemson or SMU. Two ways to get eligible at Prep School-you can erase a limited number of post graduate grades from transcript-I think it is now only one post graduate course -or you can get an SAT score high enough that it allows you to qualify under the ...

Re: ATH Jae'lon Oglesby

Not trying to completely trash a kid in a public forum, but there's a reason why he's not enrolling at Clemson. Wasn't his decision, let's put it that way. Morris is well aware of the situation, which makes sense why y'all aren't pursuing. Lot of talent, but sounds like he needs to get his ...

Re: Clemson vs OU Bowl Game

Deshaun Watson will most likely have surgery on his knee and be out for this one. If any of you have watched Clemson at all this year without Watson---our offense is really, really limited. Cole Stoudt might be one of the worst QBs in D1. Has completely lost all confidence and is a turnover machine ...

Re: # Tempo plus ....

Can echo keystone here as a Clemson fan. The excitement for Coach Morris and the SMU football program is contagious! Definitely something I want to be a part of.

Bought a hat yesterday. Hell, I guess you could say I'm officially an SMU fan. #LockArms #PonyUp #Tempo #AllIn (had to sneek that one in ...

Re: HCCM hires Joe Craddock as OC

Interesting hire indeed, but as another poster stated, he'll be an OC in name only. Morris will run the show on offense just as he did at Clemson.

Re: Chason Virgil

He has been mentioned before, but look no further than DeSoto High and Tristen Wallace for our 2016 class bell cow. Get this kid early and allow him to help recruit other top DFW prospects to lead the renaissance of their hometown team.

6"3", 220 lbs, 3 star Dual-Threat with offers already from ...

Re: Chason Virgil

Appreciate the warm welcome! Not sure if Virgil got hurt or not, but even if he did, that's just unheard of to pull a commit's offer so late in the game . I guess technically MissSt offered to grayshirt him, but you just don't do that. Will absolutely come back to hurt Mullen and staff on the ...

Re: Chason Virgil

Hey y'all, Clemson and newly-made SMU fan in South Carolina here. Loved "the Chad" at Clemson and really excited to follow him at his next step! Somewhat familiar with SMU as I have a sister who lived in Dallas for a few years. Beautiful school and girls too..reminded me a lot of Clemson in that ...
