Re: Could Padron be a hardship waiver candidate?
Not Mr. Padron...
But I do not think it is right for US to comment on their character as most of us do not know them as individuals...
Everybody wants to comment on KP's character and his leadership....Where do you think KP received those traits? More than likely his parents...Never met them, but ...

I agree...the kid has played extremely well the past couple weeks. Huge game, a lot of effort, much needed effort, in todays win! Hopefully he keeps working and never gets satisfied, could be a playmaker for us in the future!!

Re: Could Padron be a hardship waiver candidate?
Padron's parents have been at games? I have seen them at TCU, Tulane, UCF, NW ST, and UTEP....4 out of 6 home games? Who cares if they dont travel. Hell with the economy the way it is, I do not know the Padron's financial status, but who would want to spend the amount of money it would cost ...

Re: JJ v KP Updated
I dont think our starter will be KP next year, as I see him transferring at semesters end....
As for the goon squad. These guys are over rated, yes we have a statue in the backfield at QB but these guys up front in my opinion are soft. Maybe its the way June runs his practices? Not much contact ...

White Helmet...
I have heard that as well...I hope it is true. A lot of people don't think June has developed him well enough....I have said this before in another thread, I disagree with most on LP's development, which is even more of a reason why I do not understand Jones pulling him for the year ...

OJAIPONY:
My post about Garret Gilbert is that...the kid was rated the top QB in the country, and he lead a prominent program to.........fill in the blank, but it wasnt a bowl game. Finished 5-7 with a ton of 5 star recruits on that team, and he threw 22 Interceptions. I dont know the TD/INT ratio ...

No Worries I will forgive you "idiot"
But like I have said, I am not calling for anyones firing, I was simply saying that the rankings of these 17-18 year olds doesnt matter. They grow into men by the time they are 21-23 at the collegiate level in my opinion. And there is no way for ...

Re: Apologize
Me and Sanders on the same page. I will say that Sanders might speak more eliquent then me but he's right about the development of a QB at SMU. Not he same level as Chang or Brennan but KP was pretty dirty last year. What happened?[/quote]

I do think June developed a QB...but for whatever reason he benched him. Argue with me all you want, KP is clearly better and we're starting to see that. KP got us to a conference championship...wont be the case this year. JJ wont come close to KP's passing numbers ...
