IMO, BYU isn't going to happen. All talk. I think they had their shot at the Big 12, missed it, and aren't going to go to the Big East instead. They'll just wait it out and see if the Big 12 comes calling again. If Air Foce would get on board this would all be finished anyway.

But A&M and TCU will be 33%+ frAggies and Frogs. Maybe even 50%+.

Why would the BE ever consider adding a carolina team --- between the 2 carolinas there are already 6 BCS schools (5 ACC, 1 SEC). Those markets are more than saturated. Also, ECU is awful.

The whole thing makes me nervous. The Big East is a disaster, but I think we have to take it. It's better than CUSA, and even if the Big East crumbles, we'll be in a better place. Pony up!

Check this article out. Says that currently each big east football school is paid $11 million per year under current deal.
