barring any unfortunate injuries, these have to get done:

1) Balanced/reliable scoring attack
2) Replace holes in the defense
3) Start Stephen Grant every game
4) Give the ball to Paulo/Bruno

if we execute 1-4, expect a better season in 2007

I would also add that soccer, especially at the college level, is highly unpredictable. There are a group of maybe 50 or so teams that play at a very high level, and when two of them meet up, rankings can be thrown out the window.
