We blew a 31 point halftime lead, scored 0 points in the third quarter and then got smoked in the fourth quarter. We ended up losing by double digits. We are now infamously bad as we are the team that blew the largest lead in NCAA history!!!

We are an NIT team that beats up on bad teams and disappears against good teams. Beating up on the Georgia Tech's really doesn't prove anything. Nonetheless, winning is fun and I look forward to a 20 win season. I don't think we are an NCAA tournament caliber team but may very well sneak in anyway.

We are struggling to make layups and easy putbacks. I'm not sure what the answer is for that but I do like that we are rebounding the ball well and creating easy buckets. I think it is a win for everyone involved including FSU. If UNC can rise along with SMU, Clemson, Miami, Syracuse, Duke, Louisville and FSU can rebound we can start to make noise as a league. Hopefully SMU puts a stamp on these playoffs by making a deep run.
