Re: Rothstein Tweets Keith is Gone.
Well, a lot of people are bagging on Keith here. I really enjoyed watching Keith. No one brought the house down like Keith did when dropping a 3. He is an exciting player and probably the only guy on the team that can truly create his own shot. Keith has made huge strides in his game and has become ...

Rick Hart the muppet AD
Man I hate poor people. Being poor is like a foot fungus, it's just plain gross....I digress.
So days continue to pass and still silence from our great AD Rick Hart.....who gets less impressive each passing day.
Are we going to appeal this horrendous heavy-handed punishment and grow a pair for ...

Re: Poll - JJ and the Next Step
Not that it matters but we lost the Tulane game because we settled for 5 FG's, 4 of which we made. Jones has not figured out how to go under center and pound the ball in close to the goaline with a TE, FB,etc..... He probably knows how, but it just too stubborn.
I appreciate Jones for taking us out ...

Re: For those scared about who we graduate...
If the guys in waiting were as good as their "rivals rating" indicated, my guess is that they would already be seeing significant playing time and coaches would find a way to get them on the field.
When you get to 2 & 3 start players, it probably gets to be a bit of a crap shoot and how well they ...

Re: This 6-6 team will lose......
Appreciate the outlook. I have no insight into our depth and how good some of our younger guys are. I am concerned about losing a lot of quality defensive players. Our defense was really good this past year and probably understated when you look at our time of possession and turnovers on the ...

Many of these people were key anchors on this team. Any reason to believe we will win more than 4 games next season?

Re: SMU v UTEP Stat Comparison
We are in trouble. I watched UTEP play Wisconsin and was surprised how well they moved the ball against the Badgers. UTEP is obviously very well coached with Mike Price.
Someone said this earlier, but their RB is really good.
It will come down to our ability to score points, because as good as our ...

Re: JJ's demeanor.
I take no issue with the kids. They are giving their all out there. I think their aspirations and expectations are as high as ours. What is unfortunate for fans and for the kids is the coaching.

Re: Clock management and Special Teams play are just not goo
I don't know if this was posted in reference to the end of the first half, but we got the ball back with about 3 minutes left. I don't know if it would have mattered, but we ran once and then threw the ball 2 straight times.
We were only down a score and it would have been nice to go into halftime ...

Re: UTEP Favored by 2
UTEP covers without issue. Jones is so predictable that UTEP's defense should have no problem stopping our weak offense. Receivers will run the same predictable routes, corners will beat them to the spot, and Gilbert will force the throw anyways.

Re: [deleted] June jones
Not only run the ball, but run the ball out of "run" formation with extra blockers, a full back........like a normal, sensible team would do.
