No mention in DMN today of SMU game
I feel we got dissed today by "the snooze." No mention in The Line or College Picks. I swear, it's like we are not even playing tomorrow. Come on DMN, how about acknowledging that there IS a game on the Hilltop. Sheesh!

Re: Nick Russell Signs w/ German Team
Nick Russell played in the North American College Football NCAA first for the Kansas State University, later he moved to the Southern Methodist University, where he played under the future "Hall of Famer" Larry Brown.

Re: Is anyone buying season tickets?
Dropped my 4 football and 4 basketball tickets. Tired of being jacked around by re-seating, donation per seat and Mustang Club arrogant attitude. First and foremost, I am out until both football AND basketball hang some skins on the wall that justify these insane increases. Yeah, yeah...I know ...

Re: Thoughts from being at the game
Thanks for the perspective and thoughts. I too was wondering why we didn't have our best defenders Manuel or Brown on Alford. I was shouting at the TV for CC to make the pass earlier. He really just froze-up. After "the call," I really wish Larry had taken a timeout to calm the players down and draw ...

Folks, 2 of 13 shooting so far this half just ain't gonna cut it. Yanick and Ben Moore look scared, Ryan Emmanuel has gone AWOL and Cannen looks like he's about intense as my little finger. Come on PONIES....WAKE UP!!!

Re: Official: SMU vs. Cinci Thread
Yeah, this is just another example of how the Athletic Department always jumps the gun on raising ticket prices on the "come out roll," especially when there have been NO skins placed on the wall to warrant such moves. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know...we SHOULD have been in Big Dance last year, but we ...

BTW the names of the recruits that wanted it to be kept down low are on the pay boards as ponyscott mentioned.
I don't see anything on Rivals?
It's on Scout.
I want names!!

Re: What's up, Keith Frazier?
I sit real close to the floor and have a great view from behind of when the Ponies are shooting in front of the visiting teams bench. From what I've seen, he looks as though he is not following through with a pure hand down release, that is going straight down with the hand. He looks as though when ...

Re: Reshuffle Seats / MOB
As bad as I hate to say it...it looks as though the University and Athletic Dept. are once again putting the "cart before the horse." There is no doubt that with LB coming to SMU, the Moody renovation and last years sellout crowds there is real optimism for the basketball program. Last year it was ...

Re: Where to Build the IPF
Who owns that massive parking lot where that old movie theater used to be off of SMU Boulevard on the other side of 75 by the Barley House? It's not in the main part of campus, so I know it's not ideal, but we have bought up some real estate over there anyway, and it's not that far.

Re: Seating for 2015-16
When I received my letter is was interesting to see the #5 reason for the re-seat.
#5. Increase revenue which supports all 17 varsity sports and 424 student athletes
Somehow, I think they really meant this to be the #1 reason.

Re: Security at the gate
Incidents like the Boston Marathon bombings have caused universities and athletic departments across the country to review their security during their events. Like all sports teams, SMU wants to provide a secure environment for our fans and guests, so they enjoy a great game. To do that, we looked ...
