I know I'm not a coach, but why that guy wasn't jammed every single play I have no idea.

We got written up in the Chattanooga Times last week. Tennessee has broken those people so badly that they write about any other good football games going on. Standard issue short blurb but still, that's way out there for us. Any press is good press.

Makes sense. The AZ St and Utah game has just as much of an argument as us in terms of quality of matchup. We would've been a great story and (obviously I'm biased) now seemed like the perfect time to do it with 6-0.... but I also get it.

That being said - Big 10 football is brutal to watch.

The way you go about it is don't make it an open secret you'll take anybody's phone call to leave when you actually haven't done very much since you had nowhere to go but up at SMU and you're thought of as a super awesome coach.

You people have no idea how difficult this is apparently. We pass the hat every year to the same 5 guys and they keep us in business. You cant keep going back to that well forever - eventually this will have to be sustainable.

Moody should be outright boycotted by anyone who is not financially committed until he's gone. Sucks for the kids, but the band aid has to be ripped off.

Honestly, unless the school is going to let them drink more than 2 beers and have fun there is absolutely no point debating a way to make it work. It simply will not work and it will be a sad disaster (unless SMU starts winning a la nee moody basketball)

Me and my friends just graduated and think you would get kids by making every game count for homecoming points and having a mandatory sign in and sign out. The girls will care about it and guys tend to follow the girls.
