Maybe it's viewed as a straight-up trade for Tate Wallis. I can't help but think the receivers will be better, because there are so many of them, they have to be pushing each other.
Off the top of my head, I come up with Comet, Cardwell, Ford, Freeman, Taylor, Griffin, Vinson, Nixon, Joeckyl, and I'm sure I'm missing one or two. That's nine wideouts, and only Taylor, I think, could be redshirted (but won't). Even the older guys are going to have to work hard to fight off the young guys. When we go to a 4-WR set, this group looks like it's got a lot of talent.
