Nothing like using 2 words that have to be bleeped out in a post calling out someone's class. It undermines your point no matter how valid it is.

This is exactly how it should have started for Dodge in college before UNT came calling. He is an excellent teacher of QBs and will do a terrific job teaching the Pittsburgh QBs all of the nuances of playing the position from a physical and mental standpoint.

My hope for him is that he will eventually become a program's OC and then return as a head coach. He will be ready for it. Too talented of a coach.

I'm very happy for him.

Todd was put in a no-win situation by being labeled the messiah before he had ever walked on campus at UNT. He was a disaster of a hire and the fact that anyone here considered him a viable candidate to turn us around is beyond stupid. However, I hope the best for the man. He was only taking a job. I'm sure given a much more limited role he will flourish. Maybe one day he can get another shot.
Back off Warchild seriously.

Are you his brother-in-law or something? Who cares how an ex-longhorn/meangreen-eagleNTSUer does here on out.

In the hope of ending the ongoing debate regarding Stallion's claims regarding Todd Dodge, I took it upon myself to conduct a search of ponyfans.com's history. The closest I could find to Stallion making such a claim is from the following posts.

Stallion wrote:This is the best NTSU hire since Hayden Fry and spells real trouble for SMU.

Stallion wrote:and Dodge has been a Coach in Division 1A too at North Texas. Look you people thinking Todd Dodge is not ready for this job are in for a real surprise. Todd Dodge has College Coaches learning from him. And quite frankly Art Briles resume doesn't compare to Todd Dodge.-no high school coaches' resume does.

So yes, Stallion is correct in that StallionsModelT's quote is incorrect. However, the content demonstrates that Stallion was most certainly of the opinion that the hiring of Dodge by NTSTC would be something SMU would very much regret.

And how do you know that? The edit function allows a post to be edited
and/or deleted. Would your search have been able to recover a deleted post?

That's a BB3 easy. If it's says edit in the post and is not the last post it was altered.
At the time I made this edit it was the last post . Edit edit with out the text string.

Now that this is the last string of text in the thread I can go back to the one above alter it and it will note the change.

Also you cannot delete a post unless it is the last post in the thread.
Those are the BB3 user facts.
