Posted: Fri Mar 12, 2004 2:21 amPosted: Fri Mar 12, 2004 8:30 amThis is a top notch hire. Burns did not pan out as a head coach for whatever reasons, but there is no doubt he is a very high caliber DC. He had Arkansas at a high defensive level while DC there.
