See I would have figured as long as the horse was sober it was okay. Can you even drive a hovercraft drunk?
I have driven a hover round drunk (never a hovercraft) and I also was way too tipsy to drive a Segway

I guess I don't know what a hover round is. I never drove a Segway, drunk or sober. Somebody needs to get one of those motorized coolers for the 'vard.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

When I was in grade school we were shown film strips saying we would have flying cars by now
