That is the UC Irvine mascot...I doubt SMU has ever played an Ant Eater..... :shock:

What's the scouting report regarding UCI? How would they compare to other teams we've played this year? At first look it appears that we should play them like a Hofstra.

They play in the Big West which is a slight notch down from the West Coast Conference. It's all the smaller profile UC schools and Hawaii. They were the regular season champ but lost in their tourney. Their leading scorer is a freshman guard who shoots a lot of 3s. They won at Washington in Novemeber
