Can it be used to figure out what the NCAA selection committee was thinking?

"The previous supercomputer would suffice for Barreiro computations. For Barreiro, who works in mathematical modeling, analysis and simulation of neural network, the new supercomputer would reduce her three month computation time to about two and a half months." ...super

New Mac Pro gets 7 TFLOPS. Should have gone down to the Northpark Apple Store and put a lot of them on a network together instead of flying over used junk from Hawaii.

I remember trying to learn programming on a PDP11 located in the computer center. After one bad night trying to "debug" a program (my code was perfect - the system was flawed), I decided to transfer to Cox.

I remember back in 1970 when SMU and Yale were the two big computer schools in the country. We would run our econometric programs on the IBM main frame using SPSS and the wonderful punch cards.
