Any plans for one this week in light of the win?
I think the coach could use a standing O from the alumni. That, and I'd like to get my hands on that skillet.

There's got to be -- just wish I lived within driving distance. I've been critical of Coach Bennett at times, and would love to be there to give him the aforementioned Standing O. What a great win!
Surely someone in the athletic department can be called, right? Marketing? Ticket office? (OK, maybe not.) Sports Info?

I called the woman who is listed as the contact for the "Lunch with Coach Bennett" and asked if they were going to do anything. She said they weren't planning on it. She said they held one after the Nevada game last year impromptu because it was the last home game of the year and there wasn't going to be another one. I assured her that if they did schedule one, there would be a lot of people there.
She said she would call me back.

I thought they only do them before home games. Is that not the case?

That is right, but they did do one before the UTEP game last year because we beat Nevada the week before in the last home game of the year and there wasn't going to be another one.
